Anthropic's Capacity Engineering group is hiring on its Demand Planning team. The role has two halves: turning forecasts from research, pretraining and inference planners into per-tranche requirements — shape, interconnect, region, supporting resources, dates — for sourcing talks and data center build reviews, and owning the contract-to-occupied system of record, running parallel bring-ups and reporting time-to-occupied and paid-idle costs. The posting wants large multi-region or 10k-plus-accelerator infrastructure delivery experience, cluster orchestration and node health knowledge, SQL and some Python, and a technical degree or equivalent. Annual pay is $320,000–$405,000.
