Figure, an AI robotics company building autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots, is hiring its first UAE-based AI Data Operations Manager into its Operations org. The role owns a slice of human data collection: contributor acquisition and retention, launching in new geographies, vendor and partner negotiation, and daily volume, quality and throughput dashboards, working with engineering and product. It asks for 4+ years in banking, consulting, corporate development, growth or startup ops, comfort building apps and agents with AI coding tools, and five days a week in office.
