ElevenLabs is hiring an Adoption Strategist in India. The new role sits across adoption, enablement, product expertise and implementation. The person will build scalable implementation and enablement processes, develop expertise in ElevenAgents and ElevenCreative, audit customer agent prompts and configurations, track adoption metrics, and work with Account Management, CX, RevOps, Forward Deployed Engineering and GTM. The posting asks for 6+ years in implementation, solutions consulting/engineering, technical account management or similar at a technical SaaS or AI-native company, plus voice AI, TTS or conversational AI experience.
