LangChain is hiring an Activation Specialist for its Customer Experience team in San Francisco, on-site and full-time. The role covers customer onboarding onto LangSmith, from kickoff through admin setup, SDK integration, a first traced run, a first evaluation and LangGraph deployment, plus production-readiness topics such as security, org design and workload isolation. It asks for two to four years in customer-facing work like support, customer success or onboarding. Nice-to-haves include SSO, SCIM, ABAC, observability or LLM tooling exposure, and SQL.
