A 12-week, on-site internship at Amazon's AWS Center for Quantum Computing in Pasadena, on the Quantum Technologies team. Interns work alongside physicists and engineers on fault-tolerant quantum computing: superconducting qubits, quantum error correction, benchmarking, fabrication or microwave engineering, using AI-assisted tools for experimentation and prototyping. Candidates must be 18+, enrolled in a PhD, available 40 hours a week, and able to relocate; research depth shown by publications or thesis work is required. Preferred: Python, Qiskit or Cirq.
