GITEX GLOBAL is a large annual technology trade exhibition organized by Dubai World Trade Centre. The 2026 edition, running December 7-11, moves the main expo to Expo City Dubai for the first time, with the GITEX Scale Summit opening on December 7 at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The change also shifts the event from its long-standing October slot to December. GITEX combines exhibition halls, government pavilions, startup showcases, and summit stages, drawing exhibitors from more than 100 countries and a heavily executive audience. The 2026 programme adds tracks focused on agentic AI, physical AI and robotics, quantum computing, intelligent mobility, and energy infrastructure for AI systems, alongside cybersecurity and advanced manufacturing. Organizers describe participation of over 1,000 exhibiting companies and 100-plus government entities. The event serves enterprise buyers, investors, public-sector delegations, and vendors seeking Middle East, Africa, and South Asia market access.
