Parloa

Enterprise AI agent management platform for automating contact-center conversations across voice and chat.

Parloa

Parloa was founded in Berlin in 2018 by Malte Kosub and Stefan Ostwald to build voice AI for enterprise contact centers, an earlier and harder problem than text-based chatbots because of latency, telephony integration, and compliance requirements. The company's Agent Management Platform lets large organizations design, test, deploy, and monitor AI voice and chat agents that handle tasks like claims processing, order tracking, and appointment scheduling for customers in insurance, retail, and travel. Parloa has raised roughly $562 million in total, including a $350 million Series D in January 2026 led by General Catalyst that tripled its valuation to $3 billion just seven months after a $120 million Series C. The company has offices in Berlin, Munich, New York, and London, has partnered with SAP, and by late 2025 reported surpassing $50 million in annual recurring revenue.
