Gloat
AI-driven internal talent marketplace that matches employees to projects, gigs, and open roles inside their own company.

Gloat was founded in Tel Aviv in 2015 by Ben Reuveni, Danny Shteinberg, and Amichai Schreiber, after Reuveni's time in an elite Israeli intelligence unit convinced him that large organizations routinely have no visibility into the skills already sitting inside their own workforce. The company built an internal talent marketplace that matches employees to projects, gigs, mentorships, and open roles based on their skills and stated career interests rather than relying on a manager's personal network, aiming to cut the cost of external hiring and reduce attrition by giving employees a visible path to grow without leaving. It has since layered on a broader set of AI agents covering workforce planning, career pathing, and reskilling, branded as Gloat Ascend, and now describes itself as an agentic HR platform built on a knowledge graph connecting people, skills, and jobs. Gloat has raised more than $190 million, including a $90 million Series D led by Generation Investment Management at a valuation near $1 billion, and counts Unilever, Schneider Electric, Standard Chartered, and PepsiCo among its customers.
