Israeli hospitality tech company whose guest experience platform automates check-in, upsells, and messaging with hotel-trained AI agents.

Duve was founded in 2015 in Tel Aviv by David Mezuman, Jeremy Atlan, and Shai Bar, originally as a digital welcome tool meant to replace the printed pre-arrival letter hotels used to hand or email guests before their stay. The product grew from that single touchpoint into a broader guest experience platform now used by hoteliers in more than 70 countries who report serving over a million guests a month through it. The platform combines online check-in, a branded guest app, mobile key support, and upsell tools with an AI layer trained on each property's own reservation data, room types, guest history, and F&B menus. Hotels using Duve's AI agents report automatically resolving around 80 percent of guest inquiries, with average ticket response time dropping from roughly half an hour to about a minute, and upsell conversion rates in the 8 to 12 percent range without staff having to actively pitch guests. Duve raised a $60 million Series B in December 2025 led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, bringing its total funding to about $85 million, among the larger recent raises in AI-focused hospitality technology. The company is expanding with new offices in the UK, Germany, Singapore, and elsewhere in Asia, and reports roughly 70 to 100 employees as of 2026.
