Chattermill

AI-native voice-of-customer platform that unifies reviews, surveys, support tickets, and call transcripts into a single feedback analytics view.

Chattermill

Chattermill was founded in London in 2015 by Mikhail Dubov and Dmitry Isupov, who met through the Entrepreneur First program and set out to automate the manual thematic coding that customer insight agencies were doing by hand. The company built a text and voice analytics engine that ingests reviews, NPS and CSAT survey responses, support tickets, call transcripts, and social mentions, then clusters them into themes with sentiment scores so a CX team can see what is actually driving a metric instead of just the metric itself. Chattermill counts Amazon, Uber, H&M, and Zappos among its customers and has raised roughly $40.5 million total, including a $26 million Series B led by Beringea in December 2022. It has since introduced Lyra, an AI layer that sits on top of the existing analytics and lets teams ask plain-language questions about customer feedback instead of building a dashboard filter for every new question. The company is headquartered in London and reports around 70 employees, still led by co-founder and CEO Mikhail Dubov.
