Brand24

AI-powered social listening tool that tracks brand, competitor, and campaign mentions across social media, news, forums, and review sites.

Brand24

Brand24 was founded in Wrocław, Poland in 2011 by Michał Sadowski along with Dawid Szymański, Piotr Wierzejewski, and Karol Wnukiewicz, building a self-serve tool for monitoring brand mentions across social media, news sites, blogs, forums, podcasts, and review platforms in real time. The company listed on Poland's NewConnect market in 2018 and moved to the main Warsaw Stock Exchange board in 2021, growing as an independently traded, founder-led business for over a decade. In April 2024, Prowly, a subsidiary of SEO platform Semrush, acquired a 57.6% controlling stake in Brand24 for roughly PLN 55 million; by 2025 Prowly moved to buy out remaining shareholders, and Brand24 shares stopped trading on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in May 2025. The product itself uses machine learning for sentiment classification, spike detection to flag why a mention volume jumped, and an AI Brand Assistant and AI Insights layer added to higher-tier plans, alongside tracking of brand visibility inside AI chat answers. Brand24 is headquartered in Wrocław, Poland, reports roughly 90 employees, and remains led by founder and CEO Michał Sadowski.
