BigPanda
AIOps platform that correlates alerts from hundreds of monitoring tools into a handful of actionable incidents, with explainable machine learning behind it.

BigPanda was founded in 2012 by Assaf Resnick, a former Sequoia Capital investor, and is headquartered in Mountain View, California. The company built its reputation on what it calls Open Box Machine Learning: correlation logic that groups related alerts from monitoring, observability and change-management tools into a single incident, with the reasoning behind each grouping visible and testable rather than hidden inside a black-box model. That transparency became a differentiator for enterprise IT operations teams wary of AI they can't audit. The platform now ingests alerts from more than 300 monitoring and change tools and has expanded from correlation into automated triage and, more recently, agentic capabilities aimed at front-line and SRE workflows. BigPanda counts UBS, the London Stock Exchange, IHG Hotels & Resorts and Labcorp among its customers, and raised a $190 million Series D in January 2022 led by Advent International and Insight Partners at a $1.2 billion valuation, with total funding of roughly $340 million.
