Zia Agents is Zoho’s platform for creating AI agents in Agent Studio. Users can build agents from scratch or from prompts, add knowledge-base documents, connect APIs and business applications, configure guardrails, test agents, and deploy them across supported channels.
It includes pre-built agents for sales, service, scheduling, email, and other workflows. Creating and managing agents is free, but model usage, external LLMs, connected application subscriptions, and API access may cost extra.
