Workday Illuminate powers AI agents, automated actions, insights, anomaly detection, document processing, and natural-language assistance across Workday. It uses Workday data, business context, permissions, and governance to support employees and business teams.
Organizations use it for recruiting, performance reviews, workforce planning, financial close, payroll, contract management, forecasting, and employee self-service. Access is sold through Workday Flex Credits, with complimentary credits for testing and annual bulk subscriptions for production use; Workday does not publish standard public prices.
