Smart Contact Data enriches Pipedrive contact and organization records with publicly available information from email addresses or domains.
Smart Contact Data was Pipedrive’s contact-enrichment feature. It searched publicly available information linked to a person’s email address or an organization’s email domain, then displayed the results in the CRM record.
The feature required an email address, was opt-in, and included GDPR responsibilities for the customer. Pipedrive stopped offering it to new customers on August 22, 2025 and recommends Data Enrichment instead, which fills empty fields such as industry, employee count, revenue, website, LinkedIn profile, phone number and email address.
