Candidates can complete structured screening interviews asynchronously, with summaries, competency scores, transcripts, and evidence for recruiters.
Sam supports technical, blue-collar, and white-collar roles, and can work as a standalone solution or with SeekOut Recruit. It is not designed for healthcare, clinical, or patient-facing roles. AI inbound screening is included in the Full Recruiting Funnel plan and is an add-on for some other plans.
