SAP Joule provides conversational access to SAP business systems. Depending on the connected SAP solution, it can answer questions, find apps and business information, provide analytical insights, and complete transactional tasks.
Organizations use it across finance, procurement, supply chain, HR, customer experience, development, and SAP administration. Joule Base is included with SAP Cloud subscriptions; advanced Joule capabilities use AI Units or require a quote. It is not a general-purpose standalone chatbot.
