OpenSpace Track uses 360° site captures, AI, and human review to measure construction progress against schedules.
OpenSpace Track combines OpenSpace Capture with progress analytics. It tracks visible construction components, compares planned and actual progress, flags unfinished work, and provides dashboards and reports.
General contractors, owners, and trades use it to monitor milestones, validate work for payment applications, identify schedule risks, and coordinate across trades. BIM is optional. Track is sold as an add-on to a Core or Enterprise subscription and requires a quote.
