Lattice AI is an AI layer within Lattice’s people-management platform. Its AI Agent uses reviews, feedback, goals, updates, growth areas, engagement data, and 1:1s to provide coaching, summaries, analysis, note-taking, and writing assistance.
Managers can prepare reviews and 1:1s, HR teams can identify patterns and risks, and employees can get development guidance. It does not make promotion decisions, assign ratings, submit reviews, or replace human judgment. The AI Agent is included with Lattice subscriptions at no additional cost, while the platform itself is paid.
