Honeycomb is a web observability platform for tracing, querying, and debugging distributed systems and AI agent workflows.
Honeycomb collects structured telemetry, including logs, metrics, and traces, then lets engineering teams query it to investigate production issues. Canvas provides AI-assisted investigations, while Agent Timeline shows LLM calls, tool invocations, handoffs, and downstream spans.
It is used by developers, SREs, and platform teams for incident response, service monitoring, and AI application debugging. The Free plan is limited to 20M events and 100M metrics data points per month; add-ons and enterprise services may cost extra.
