Hex is an AI analytics platform for querying, analyzing, visualizing, and sharing data with SQL, Python, R, no-code tools, and agents.
Hex combines collaborative notebooks, SQL and Python workflows, no-code exploration, interactive visualizations, semantic models, and AI agents for data analysis. Teams can publish analyses as reports or data apps and let users ask follow-up questions.
It is used by data teams, analysts, engineers, and business users. The hosted platform does not provide a free unlimited version of all features: paid plans include monthly AI credits, while extra compute and credits can cost more.
