XTTS-v2 generates multilingual speech, clones voices from a short reference recording, transfers emotion and style, and supports cross-language voice cloning. It supports 17 languages and produces 24 kHz audio.
Developers can run it locally through Coqui TTS, Python, or the command line, and can fine-tune it. It is a model rather than a hosted consumer app; no current hosted pricing was found, and the maker's site says Coqui is shutting down.
