Meta says Muse is coming to its AI glasses, alongside new Ray-Ban Audio and Gen 3 models.

Meta announced at Connect on September 23 that it is bringing Muse, its personal AI agent, to its AI glasses. The company also introduced Ray-Ban Meta Audio, its first audio glasses, and a third-generation Ray-Ban Meta model. By the end of the year, Meta says its lineup will include more than 100 options across Ray-Ban, Oakley and Meta Glasses.
Meta describes Muse as a way to help users keep track of daily life, build healthy habits and manage a busy calendar without reaching for a phone. The announcement says users will be able to connect with the agent through AI glasses, but does not specify which models will support it or provide a release date for the feature.
Ray-Ban Meta Audio
The new Ray-Ban Meta Audio glasses weigh 43 grams and are designed for listening to music and podcasts, making calls and talking with Meta AI hands-free. Meta says they offer up to 12 hours of use on a charge, with up to 48 additional hours from the included charging case. The glasses come in Clubmaster and Burbank styles, with 23 color and lens combinations. Both styles are compatible with a wide range of optical prescriptions.
Pre-orders start at $349, and Meta says shipping is scheduled for October 13. The company calls the Audio model its lightest and slimmest AI glasses yet.
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3
The Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 has a slimmer design, longer battery life and a customizable action button for accessing Meta AI. Meta says the glasses last up to nine hours—one hour longer than Gen 2—and that a six-microphone array reduces background noise by more than 90%.
The model has a 12-megapixel camera and records 3K Ultra HD video. Its dynamic-photo feature lets users choose a preferred frame. Meta says the glasses also have a built-in LED light to alert people nearby when photos or video are being taken. Gen 3 is available starting at $449, in 27 color and lens combinations across Aviator, Zena and Wayfarer styles. Meta is also releasing a limited-edition Aviator to mark the design’s 90th anniversary.
Meta says its AI glasses will support recording and playback of Dolby Atmos video with 360-degree spatial sound later this year.
More Meta Glasses and Markets
Meta is adding Capri and Nova styles to its Meta Glasses collection and expanding the range with a new Ivory colorway for the Kylie Jenner edition, starting at $399. Its new LISA collaboration includes Adventurer and Capri editions, each starting at $399. The company also announced a new Meta Adventurer model with a black frame, gray lenses and a plug-in case, starting at $249. It is available for pre-order, with sales scheduled to begin October 23 in countries where Meta Glasses are sold.
Meta says it is bringing its glasses to Singapore, South Korea, Mexico and the United Arab Emirates, with Brazil to follow. The company also lists Turkey, Poland, Portugal, Israel, South Africa, Indonesia, Thailand, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Malaysia and the Philippines for later availability of Oakley Meta, Ray-Ban Meta and Ray-Ban Meta Optics.
