Enhans has raised $38 million in Series C funding, the largest round in the South Korean enterprise AI company’s history, bringing its total financing to $60 million. The company announced the investment on September 17, 2026, saying it will use the money to expand AgentOS, a platform designed to connect enterprise data and business processes with AI agents that can carry out operational work.

The round was co-led by existing shareholder TIMEFOLIO Asset Management and new investor Stonebridge Ventures. IMM Investment and STIC Ventures joined as new investors, while L&S Venture Capital, AOA Capital Partners, KT Investment and Hyundai Technology Investment made follow-on investments.

Strategic investors from three Korean industrial groups also joined the round. POSCO Investment, LG CNS and Lotte Ventures became new shareholders after companies within the POSCO, LG and Lotte groups began using Enhans’ technology in live operations.

Customer deployments turn into strategic stakes

The movement from customer to investor gives the financing a direct link to Enhans’ enterprise deployments. The company says these are the first strategic investments it has received from affiliates of groups that already use its products.

“Customer success is the measure we hold ourselves to,” Seunghyun Lee, CEO of Enhans, said in the company’s announcement. “What makes this round especially meaningful is that the trust we built by delivering results alongside our customers has carried over into investment.”

Enhans says it has moved beyond proof-of-concept work and now builds and operates AI systems for large enterprises. Its stated customer sectors include manufacturing, finance, retail, healthcare, defense and the public sector.

AgentOS links SAP, ERP and CRM data to execution

AgentOS structures the data and business rules scattered across systems such as SAP, enterprise resource planning software and customer relationship management platforms. Enhans uses an ontology to organize that information so AI agents can interpret the company’s operating context before taking action.

The platform is designed to be model-agnostic. That means customers can retain control over their data and AI operations without tying the system to one model provider, according to Enhans.

The company frames the product as an operating layer between models, enterprise information, business processes and execution. Its argument is that enterprise AI needs to do more than generate recommendations: it must connect those recommendations to governed actions inside the software companies already use.

ACT-2 targets browser-based enterprise work

Enhans is also developing ACT-2, an action-oriented agent that uses Computer Use technology to operate websites and software in ways similar to a human user. The company says ACT-2 ranked second globally in the automated evaluation of Online-Mind2Web, a benchmark released in August 2026 that measures agents completing tasks on live websites.

Enhans joined the Microsoft for Startups Pegasus Program in June 2026. In its announcement, the company said AgentOS served more than 20 enterprise customers across commerce, manufacturing and finance, with deployments spanning more than 1,000 marketplaces in over 50 countries.

AgentOS began as CommerceOS in November 2025 and was rebranded on May 1, 2026, as Enhans expanded its focus beyond commerce automation. The company’s earlier platform centered on workflows such as pricing, promotions, product quality and brand protection.

Funding will support industry-specific AI controls

Enhans plans to invest the new capital in the data, process and execution infrastructure behind AgentOS. It is developing capabilities to capture and connect documents, enterprise records, decision criteria and the working methods of domain experts.

The company also plans to build “Industry Packs” containing sector-specific data structures and business rules. Enhans says the packs will support sectors including manufacturing, finance, retail and government while extending Computer Use capabilities across AgentOS.

Other planned investments include security and governance features for regulated customers, as well as international hiring to support growth outside Korea. The financing follows Enhans’ Series B in January 2025 and a strategic investment from NAVER Ventures in April 2026.

“Sovereign AI rests on the operating system as much as the model,” Lee said. “An enterprise or government needs to retain control of its own data and direct how AI reasons and acts.” Enhans’ new funding now places that proposition behind a larger production push, with strategic investors tied to customers and a product aimed at turning enterprise information into controlled software actions.
