Cerillion says its 26.2 software release expands agentic AI across telecom business and operations software, while its AI stack includes model governance and controlled API access. The company announced general availability on Nov. 4, 2026. The release extends AI across customer care, service configuration, product design and churn prediction.
Agents for customer care and service configuration
Cerillion’s Customer Care Agent helps service teams find customer and service information, resolve enquiries and choose a next action. The company says the tool is designed to support faster, more consistent service and shorten the training needed to onboard new users. Its Service Configuration Agent extends agentic automation to a wider range of complex service and system configuration activities.
Cerillion says the configuration tool is intended to reduce manual effort and reliance on specialist knowledge, and to accelerate the introduction of services and network integrations. For product teams, a competitor-aware package creation feature uses information about competing offers to inform package design within the Enterprise Product Catalogue. The company says the feature can help teams create differentiated offers and respond more quickly to market changes.
The release also adds predictive churn models that identify customers at greatest risk of leaving. Cerillion says the models have performed well in customer pilots, and that churn scores can support targeted campaigns and offers through its Promotions Engine.
Cerillion pairs agentic tools with model governance
The AI features use Cerillion’s AI Management Centre, MCP Server and Agent2Agent Server. The company says communications service providers can use Cerillion’s AI capabilities, connect in-house or third-party AI investments, or combine those approaches across its AI stack. The AI Management Centre provides centralised model governance, while the MCP Server enables controlled access to Cerillion’s Open APIs through its Progressive Discovery architecture.
Cerillion says the Agent2Agent Server supports coordinated, multi-step workflows across agents and systems. Brian Coombs, Cerillion’s Chief Product Officer, linked the software’s AI capabilities to the controls needed for operational use:
“Cerillion 26.2 demonstrates how advanced AI can deliver practical value across the BSS/OSS, from improving customer care and retention to accelerating product and service innovation,” “Because these capabilities are built into our open, standards-based product architecture, customers can adopt them with the governance, security and control required for mission-critical operations.”

A catalogue workspace and a 5G charging interface
Enterprise Product Catalogue gains a Dynamic Catalogue Workspace, a grid-based environment for comparing and updating complex product, package and pricing structures. Changes can be applied directly within the grid. The release also adds a native Nchf interface to Cerillion’s Convergent Charging System for 5G standalone charging.
Cerillion says the Nchf interface allows REST-based and Diameter charging interfaces to coexist in one deployment. The company describes the arrangement as a migration path to 5G standalone while continuing to support hybrid networks.
TM Forum adds a catalogue certification
Cerillion’s Enterprise Product Catalogue has achieved TM Forum ODA Component Certification for TMFC001 Product Catalog Management. Since version 26.1, Cerillion says it has added 15 TM Forum Real World Open API certifications, bringing its total to 47 across seven customers. The company says that total is higher than any other independent BSS/OSS vendor.
