Firmus is hiring a mid-level UX Engineer in Singapore, on-site, to own user experience and front-end quality for its AI product portfolio, including the AI Cloud Portal, Global Operations Console, Bare Metal as a Service, Kubernetes as a Service, and future X-as-a-Service offerings. The work covers user discovery, workflow analysis, information architecture, prototypes, production interfaces, and a scalable design system. It centres on making GPU provisioning, Kubernetes clusters, scheduling, benchmarks, inference, power signals, and agentic operations understandable, transparent, and controllable. The engineer reports to the Head of AI & Applications.
