The role is an individual contributor in Anthropic's Security GRC team, Compliance & Audit Programs. The person will run recurring US government authorization cycles—FedRAMP, DoD impact levels, CMMC, NIST SP 800-171, StateRAMP and TX-RAMP—turn requirements into engineering tasks, review evidence, map controls, and use Claude for mapping and reporting. The posting asks for several years in security compliance or IT audit, hands-on government cloud compliance, NIST SP 800-53 Moderate, and technical fluency to read runbooks and configurations.
