Nebius is hiring a full-time, on-site technical writer in Amsterdam for its Infrastructure L3 Support function. The role builds and owns an L3 knowledge base for GPU server platforms, server hardware, firmware, out-of-band management, and Linux diagnostics. The writer creates runbooks, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and error documentation, works with L3 and R&D engineers, validates procedures with L1/L2 technicians, and sets documentation governance. The posting asks for an engineer who writes rather than a writer who learned engineering. Travel to EMEA data centers as needed is part of the role.
