Cursor is hiring its first Technical Support Engineering leader for APAC to manage a team of Technical Support Engineers supporting users of its AI coding tool. The leader acts as escalation point for complex issues alongside engineering, sets team goals and metrics, works with Product and Engineering on customer priorities, and builds automations and documentation.
