Together AI is hiring a mid-level Technical Support Engineer in Pune or Bangalore, onsite, as first line of support for customers building training, fine-tuning and inference on its platform. The work covers API, billing and SSO tickets, reproducing errors, provisioning SAML and OIDC connections, and escalating platform gaps to engineering.
