Anthropic is hiring a technical program manager for its reinforcement learning research teams, which work on computer use, RL-driven code generation, reasoning, and RL fundamentals for large language models. The role covers producing a regular read on RL research health, prioritizing and tracking experiments, running research reviews, and building processes that structure research without slowing it.
