Scale AI is hiring a technical program manager on its public sector delivery team in Boston to lead delivery of agentic workflows for a national security customer. Duties include customer account planning, triaging technical issues, and moving AI/ML — computer vision and generative AI — into operational government use. The posting requires an active TS/SCI clearance, three or more years in customer-facing roles, a technical background, and familiarity with RAG, evals and agent orchestration. Aerospace manufacturing or CAD experience is a plus; on-site three days a week.
