Wayve is hiring a Technical Program Manager in its Simulation, Evaluation & Validation group. The job is to run cross-team programs — open- and closed-loop simulation, the evaluation platform, synthetic data, critical-event pipelines and behaviour validation — that gate on-road releases of its automated-driving AI. The posting asks for eight or more years leading complex multi-team programs, enough technical fluency to reason with engineers and scientists about data, simulator fidelity and metric design, and comfort with ambiguity in safety-critical work. Familiarity with SOTIF or ISO 26262 and production-scale ML observability tooling helps.
