Anthropic is hiring a Technical Program Manager for its database infrastructure, the systems behind Claude, its APIs, and internal services. The role owns roadmaps and execution for cross-region, multi-cloud, and private/public/hybrid database programs. It coordinates database vendors, hyperscalers, and internal platform and infrastructure teams; manages commitments, escalations, and joint roadmaps; and documents plans, status, and risks. The posting seeks several years of technical program management, experience with database, storage, or core infrastructure programs, vendor or cloud-provider management, and cross-region, multi-cloud, or hybrid cloud exposure. Salary range: $365,000–$435,000 USD.
