Cohere is hiring a customer-facing Technical Program Manager for public sector and defence accounts in France and Europe. The role owns end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from deployment to production scaling, translating security, compliance, data sovereignty and procurement needs into engineering plans. It coordinates Applied ML, Forward Deployed Engineering, Platform, Product and go-to-market teams, and requires 6+ years in customer-facing technical program management plus government or regulated delivery experience. French citizenship and French fluency are required; French Secret clearance is preferred.
