OpenAI's Trust & Safety Data Engineering team is hiring a technical lead manager in San Francisco to run and grow the group, set its roadmap, and shape data architecture. The work covers privacy-safe datasets and pipelines for abuse and fraud detection, enforcement workflows, transparency reporting and safety monitoring, plus features, labels, training data, backtesting and evaluation for safety models.
