Nebius, which runs an AI cloud platform, is hiring a Technical Due Diligence Manager for its Infrastructure Acquisition Group, remote in Europe. The role leads multidisciplinary engineering due diligence on powered land and build-to-suit data center sites: scoping geotechnical, environmental, surveying, utility, entitlement and connectivity studies, managing external consultants, and presenting risk findings to executives so acquisition decisions can be made. It suits someone who can independently run complex due diligence programs and help write the team's standards and playbooks, since the function is new.
