Nebius is hiring a Technical Due Diligence Manager for its Infrastructure Acquisition Group, focused on the Americas. The role assesses whether powered land, build-to-suit and colocation sites can support the company's AI cloud, leading geotechnical, environmental, civil, utility and entitlement studies, managing outside consultants, and presenting risk and feasibility findings to executives so capital decisions can be made.
