OpenAI is hiring a Technical Community Lead for its ChatGPT Pro subscriber community in New York City, hybrid, reporting to the Head of Pro Subscriber Community. The work is running demos, office hours, show-and-tell and in-person events, recruiting advanced ChatGPT and Codex users, interviewing them, curating workflows for editorial pieces, and routing technical feedback to product, research and DevEx teams. It asks for technical fluency rather than engineering, hands-on use of Codex, agents or APIs, strong writing and organization. Distinctive: published case studies and model-test cohorts.
