Anthropic is hiring a Technical Architect to help customer engineering organizations adopt Claude Code, Claude Tag and enterprise admin controls. The work is largely teaching: public webinars, workshops, multi-day onsites, office hours, cohorts and train-the-trainer programs, plus briefing admins on single sign-on, permissions and data-handling policy. It asks for 5+ years as a software engineer, solutions architect or developer advocate, with daily use of agentic coding tools and experience holding large live audiences. Travel is 30–50%. Distinctive: the role teaches rather than sells, and demos are built within a day.
