Glean is hiring a tech lead manager for its Connectors group in Bangalore, to lead engineers building the platform's integrations with enterprise tools such as Teams, Zoom, ServiceNow, Zendesk and GitHub. The work combines technical direction — distributed systems, architecture, quality and delivery practice — with hiring, mentoring and cross-team planning, plus advice to senior leadership on technology investment. It asks for seven or more years in software engineering and a record of leading teams. Distinctive: the connector surface feeds Glean's assistant and agents.
