Wayve is hiring a Tech Lead for autonomy performance in its Robotaxi launch, based in London. The founding role owns the performance measurement framework — metrics, dashboards, ship/no-ship calls — and runs the loop of issue detection, triage, root-cause work and fixes across model, robot software, backend and evaluation tooling. It is hands-on IC work in Python, C++, and SQL, with a path to leading a small team. Cross-functional leadership without direct authority is essential; robotics debugging and learned-system fluency are required.
