Zoox is hiring a Team Lead for Vehicle Operations in San Diego, on-site. The role manages Zoox Vehicle Operators who specialize in tools, features and functions used in operator workflows. The lead coordinates processes, helps the team meet short- and long-term targets, and maintains standards for software and hardware tests. It is hands-on, working alongside operators daily and emphasizing discipline and safety. The lead also works with other Vehicle Operations leaders and cross-functional groups including program management, strategy, vehicle engineering and go-to-market.
