xAI is hiring a Team Lead for Human Data Operations in post-training. The role leads a team of AI Tutors producing training data and evaluations. Work includes reviewing labeled data, setting quality standards, running performance reviews, building certification materials, and tracking quality and throughput. It is hands-on: the lead also labels and reviews. The posting asks for a year or more in annotation or AI training/evaluation, and a degree or four years' experience. Candidates must be based in listed countries; domain expertise in the humanities is preferred.
