Tenstorrent is hiring a support engineer in Tokyo to keep AI server infrastructure running. The work covers maintenance, inspection and fault handling for GPU clusters, storage and network equipment: triage, on-site repair and part swaps, monitoring through a NOC, log analysis, firmware, BIOS and driver updates, incident reports, and preventive maintenance. Applicants need hands-on x86 or GPU server repair, Linux, basic networking (TCP/IP, IPMI) and diagnostic tools such as IPMItool, smartctl and nvidia-smi. Japanese and English are required, and the job is onsite at customer and data-centre sites.
