Claru, Reka's data business line, is hiring a Supply Lead to run the supply side of its two-sided training-data marketplace. The person builds a portfolio of partner businesses — event venues, retail, construction, agriculture, hotels, warehousing — whose staff capture data on shift, grows the contributor base, owns the geo rate card and capacity forecasting, and handles contributor onboarding, payments and retention. Requirements: early-stage marketplace operating experience, working AI-natively with agents, closing partners directly, and numeracy. Remote or San Francisco.
