xAI is hiring a Site Operations Supervisor for its Memphis data center. The person leads a team of data center technicians who install, maintain and repair servers and network hardware across data centers and points of presence, judged on mean time to detect and mean time to repair. Duties include cabling and fiber labeling, decommissioning, inventory, Jira tickets, SOPs, safety and on-call response. Requirements: high school diploma, three years with server, storage, compute and network hardware, three years troubleshooting it, and leadership experience; Linux and scripting preferred.
