Anthropic is hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead for its Enterprise Marketing group, based in San Francisco or New York City and expected in the San Francisco office at least two days a week. The role builds the group's operating cadence — weekly business reviews, all-team meetings and offsites, and a twice-yearly planning cycle — plus a spend-efficiency and return-on-investment framework with finance partners. It asks for marketing, strategy or business operations experience, hands-on spreadsheet modeling, executive writing, and a record of using AI tools to speed up team workflows. The systems do not exist yet, and the work is meant to become evidence Enterprise Marketing shows customers.
