Nebius, a Nasdaq-listed AI cloud platform company, is hiring a Strategy Manager for its central Strategy team in Amsterdam, on-site and full-time. The work covers a company-wide KPI framework, headcount and org planning with HR and Finance, strategic projects such as market and competitor reviews, business cases and M&A support, plus board and executive materials and primary research. Applicants need three to five or more years in strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or corporate strategy, with KPI and financial experience; cloud or AI infrastructure exposure helps.
