Scale AI is hiring a Strategic Projects Lead for its Public Sector cyber work in Washington, DC, on-site and full-time. The person builds and runs human data-labeling pipelines that produce cyber training and evaluation data for large language models, designs dataset taxonomies with customers, manages project costs, and works with machine learning and go-to-market teams. The posting requires an active Top Secret clearance, cybersecurity experience such as penetration testing or red/blue teaming, two to three years in product, data science or operations, and familiarity with SFT, RLHF and RLVR.
